- Promoting Health & Functioning in Persons with SMI. Three-year project to evaluate the effectiveness of the In SHAPE program in a community mental health center in Concord, NH. The study will evaluate the effectiveness of a program to improve the exercise and diet behaviors of persons with serious mental illness. Participants will receive access to a YMCA membership, a personal fitness trainer, dietetic consultation, and nurse health care management.
