HP Fellows Program

The Dartmouth Institute’s Health Policy Fellows program fosters the development of the next generation of leaders in the field of US health care and health policy.

Health Policy Fellows are recent graduates from undergraduate and master’s programs who join dynamic teams working on a variety of health policy projects, including cutting edge health policy research, community engagement around fixing health care, and implementation of innovative models of health care delivery. The program includes in-depth training on contemporary health care and health reform as well as professional development across a variety of skills, such as project management, professional communication and writing, and qualitative and quantitative research. Those completing the fellows program have gone on to a variety of professional pursuits, including health policy positions in government or think tanks; graduate or professional school in health policy, medicine, and health care administration; and implementation work in health care systems.
